  Do not attend this church. The head pastor is closed minded and ignorant, and attempts to peddle his point of view as "the word of God" without actually using the Bible, and uses factually incorrect information to support his beliefs. When I tried to have an open discussion with him about a point of view different than his, he immediately attacked my character and the character of anyone who believes that viewpoint rather than talking about it within a biblical context.
  Despite the failure in its leadership, the people in the church were warm and welcoming to me, which was very refreshing and is the reason that I marked two stars instead of one. But there are definitely better places where one can worship God, learn about Him and fellowship with other believers without having to experience the downright sinful treatment I received from the pastor.

  Cornerstone's vacation bible school is one of the best and most God-centered VBS I have ever participated in. They focus on The Gospel and glorifying God alone in all their ministries. The congregation, along with the pastors and elders, are extremely kind and welcoming. I have felt welcome and have always been greeted with smiles anytime I step through Cornerstone's doors. I believe that this congregation greatly portrays how an assembly of God's people ought to act and display the work that God has done in their lives as much as is possible this side of Heaven.

  Cornerstone has been a place to call family. I went through FREE counseling with the Pastor and can tell you first hand, I was not an easy case. He never gave up on me. He was kind, patient and counseled Biblically. It's easy to be angry with someone who confronts you about your sin, but I am so very thankful for a Pastor who is willing to preach the Word, unashamedly, no matter what the cost to himself. I believe it is because of his faithful counseling through God's word alone, that I know Christ today.
